2017 Sustaining Friends Spring Exploration on Sunday, May 21st

The Volcan Mountain Foundation's 2017 Sustaining Friends Spring Exploration is coming up on Sunday, May 21st. There is no event charge for this essential connection and discovery outing of the Sustaining Friends group, but it's important that you RSVP. Please fill in and submit the form below.

*If you prefer, you can always phone (760-765-2300) or email your RSVP to the VMF office.

This year, in addition to an al fresco lunch on the mountain and short exploring around Ferguson Flat to take in the breath-taking views, we have an extra special treat planned. Local falconer, Cisco Clibourne will be giving an hour-long falcon and hawk-flight demonstration. Guests will get a chance to handle the birds and have them land on a gloved hand, if they want.

Due to the gated-entry, it's very important to RSVP for this annual Spring Exploration and plan to arrive no later than 9:30am, as the group caravan will be departing at that time.

Location: Meet at VMF's Volcan Mountain Nature Center; 22850 Volcan/4002 Farmer Road, Julian, CA 92036
Date: Sunday, May 21st, 2017
Time: 9:00am-2:30pm

Help us grow this important visioning and support group!

If you know a friend or couple that may also be interested in becoming a member of the Sustaining Friends of Volcan Mountain, we encourage you to invite them to join you on this annual outing for exploration and discovery of the Volcan Mountain Range. Please be sure and mention your guest(s) when you RSVP.
