ON APRIL 27TH AT THE PINTO RANCH IN SAN FELIPE FROM 9AM TILL 4PM

WE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE SPONCERING INTERPRETIVE TRAINER MARY ALDERN. MARY IS ON OUR ADVISORY BOARD AND WILL BE OFFERING THIS TRAINING FOR FREE TO VOLCAN MOUNTAIN FOUNDATION VOLUNTEERS. OTHER VOLUNTEERS FOR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS MAY ATTEND FOR A SMALL FEE.

THE ALL DAY EVENT WILL BE PART IN A SERIES OF NAI TRAINING EVENTS SPONCERED BY VOLCAN MOUNTAIN. FOR THE FULL 32 HOUR TRAINING AN NAI CERTIFICATION COULD BE AVAILABLE. THE REST OF THE CLASSES WILL BE HELD IN THE SUMMER OF 2013.

IF YOU WISH TO HELP US AT OUR BACK COUNTRY VISITORS CENTER IN SANTA YSABEL OR HELP US AT THE FILM FESTIVAL OR EVEN ON THE MOUNTAIN WITH STUDENT HIKES...THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO GET YOUR NATURE INTERPRETER SKILLS UP TO SPEED. THE ACTIVITIES ARE INTENDED TO GIVE YOU CONFIDENCE IN YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THE PUBLIC.
