Sunday, August 24th join San Diego County Parks Rangers in working to return the Santa Ysabel Open Space Preserve (East) to a pristine native meadow. Learn why certain plants need to be removed and what will grow in their place! If you can't make it on the 24th, there will be two more meadow restoration days on Sunday, August 31st and September 7th.
Meet at 10am at the SYOSP Farmer Road staging area for a short hike to the work location. Dress in layers and wear appropriate shoes. Bring a hat, and sunscreen. Tools, gloves, light snacks and water will be provided. Temperatures over 90 or inclement weather will cancel event.
