Learn the craft of making Camembert. In this half-day workshop learn all about cheese making, including the history of pioneer cheese making in the San Diego mountains. Through a detailed demonstration of the Camembert process, hands-on activities and yes, cheese tasting, you'll come away with the recipes and knowledge to start making cheese in your own home!
This Monday, June 20th, it's time to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a magical summer feast, fresh from the farm at Mom’s Pie House in Wynola. Guests will dine in the beautiful garden, serenaded by live music from Gregory Page, under the spell of the Strawberry Moon.
