Hubbell 2016 Studio & Home Tour, Sunday, June 19th

Sunday, June 19th, celebrate Father's Day by visiting a San Diego treasure with inspiring views of Volcan Mountain. The Ilan Lael Foundation is once again holding it's annual James Hubbell studio and home tour. They've returned the property to all it's glory over the past decade since the great fire, and more construction is underway on a courtyard building to house the activities of the Ilan Lael Foundation.

Julian Build-A-Pen & Save A Lion Hosted by Mountain Lion Foundation with 4-H, Saturday, June 11th

Saturday, June 11th the Mountain Lion Foundation (MLF) is partnering with the Julian & Santa Ysabel 4-H Club to demonstrate how to design and build secure livestock enclosures and find out more about keeping mountain lions away from homes and farms. Julian's Lions-Presented by the Julian Mountain Lion Project, Tuesday, May 10, 2016

Tuesday, May 10th from 5:30-7:30pm, come to the Julian Library to learn more about mountain lions, and living alongside them in a rural area like Julian, from speakers with the Mountain Lion Foundation (MLF), a nationwide organization based in California, and also from Dr. Winston Vickers of the Southern California Puma Project. The program will also launch MLF’s new Julian Mountain Lion Project recently formed by Julian resident Jane Santorumn.
