Location
CELEBRATING THE INSPIRED IMAGES & CONNECTED YOUTH OF VOLCAN MOUNTAIN
Make your reservations now for the 21st Annual Volcan Mountain Foundation (VMF) Dinner Dance & Auction to be held on Sunday, March 4th again at Camp Stevens in Julian. The proceeds from this fun-filled, delicious and entertaining event all go to support the VMF’s efforts to protect and preserve Volcan Mountain—the Crest of the San Dieguito River Park’s Coast to Crest Trail. The past couple of years have been sell outs, so it’s important to make your reservations early!
The annual Dinner Dance & Auction is VMF’s largest annual fundraiser, and a taste bud-tempting menu featuring Seafood Stuffed Salmon, Stuffed Steak Piemonte, and Butternut Squash Ravioli will be presented by award-winning Pear Trees Catering. While enjoying enticing hors d’oeurves guests can select from an astounding array of auction items, featuring fine art, popular travel destinations, theater, dining, excursions, and much more. Now in its fourth year this year’s selection of Fab Feast private dining events and unique local Experiences are sure to please. Be sure to leave room for fabulous desserts created by Anita Nichols of Mom’s Pie House, while you waltz, swing and boogie the night away.
The collaborative ‘Kids With Cameras’ photo project and some of its young photographers will be recognized for their inspired work. Proceeds from the sale of Kids With Cameras note cards and matted enlargements, featuring their images, will go right back to support more kids exploring nature, photography, and Volcan Mountain.
Reservations are $75 per person. Please contact the Volcan Mountain Foundation office at 760-765-2300, and make your reservations right away.
