What are two amazing assets that make San Diego one of the best places to live and visit in the United States? First, our beautiful landscapes -- including beaches, lagoons, grasslands, mountains and… Second, delicious craft beer!

Four caretakers of our natural environment in San Diego to bring you unique recreational experiences that include a visit to a nearby craft brewery including The Lost Abbey in Cardiff, Stone Brewing in Escondido, Nickel Beer Company in Julian and Plan 9 Ale House in Escondido.

We are partnering with San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy, The Escondido Creek Conservancy, and San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy for this fun series.

Nickel Beer Company in Julian is sponsoring the Volcan Mountain Foundation's event on June 4th.  Nickel Beer will provide Trail and Ales participants a special brewer-led tasting during their visit.
