Volunteer: Trail Maintenance Day - Santa Ysabel Preserve East, Saturday, June 22, 2019

Date:
Saturday, June 22, 2019 - 9:00am

Saturday, June 22nd  Here's a chance for trail lovers to help keep the Santa Ysabel East Preserve beautiful and free of invasive, non-native plants. Learn which plants are invasive and what it means to habitats when those plants take over. Plan on an easy one-mile hike to the work area where we will remove non-native bull thistle, Sahara mustard, and black mustard from a seasonally marshy area just off the main trail. There are tasks for all levels.

Date: Saturday, June 22nd

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Wear: Protective clothing
