Date:
Saturday, June 30, 2018 - 5:00pm

Saturday evening, June 30th, come celebrate the tapping of VMF’s original charity brew--Headwaters Blonde--made weeks earlier by our 2018 Brew Day participants with Brewmaster Tom Nickel of Nickel Beer Company to celebrate national Great Outdoors Month!

Includes: light appetizers, two glasses of your choice of beer and door prizes.

AND....a fitting way to celebrate national Great Outdoors Month? By getting outdoors, of course! And also a great way to work up a thirst for some chilly brews.

Before the Release Party, registered participants are invited to take a guided hike with VMF Executive Director, Colleen Bradley from VMF's Volcan Mountain Nature Center to the headwaters of the San Dieguito River at Ironside Springs. The approximately hour-long, 2-mile round trip, easy to moderate hike along Volcan Road will depart the trailhead at 3:30pm, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the great outdoors before the release party! Directions and details will be emailed with registration confirmation.

Growlers of the new brew will also be available for purchase.

Date: Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 5pm-7pm. Available for 40 guests at $30 per person.

You are invited to come out and try the new VMF charity brew on Saturday, June 30th from 5pm-7pm in Julian at the Nickel Beer Company.  All proceeds benefit the Volcan Mountain Foundation (VMF).

For $30 you can enjoy two glasses of ANY of the Nickel beers, light appetizers, and socializing with other really cool people that like good beer for a good cause. There will also be drawings for door prizes!
