Explore the secrets of beekeeping with Camp Stevens Garden Manager, Ryan Wanamaker. Participants will each wear a beekeeping suit as they learn the basics of how bees are cared for. Lunch will be provided courtesy of Camp Stevens. Date: Saturday, June 23rd, 2012. Cost is $90 per person. Please e-mail for phone the VMF office at 760-765-2300 for reservations.
This event was initially offered as part of the 2012 VMF Dinner Dance & Auction Fundraiser. The proceeds go to support VMF's preservation and conservation programs for Volcan Mountain.
